I hadn't seen that first bit of sorcery before. Will implement.

Options, good.

Beautiful. Especially the first and last one. Although I wouldn't recommend the spinning elbow ones. Just needlessly extra IMO. The simpler and easier the better, less risky that way too

kind of with you on that...while i appreciate the power you get from the rotation, it seems a little "extra"...never mind that giving up the back is never something I'd want to do.

good stuff, but why no mention of ankle or knee destruction? Particularly during the tree top option; seemed like a perfect opportunity to bend that knee backwards.

So, what if I go to throw a kick and it gets caught - can we just step through and break the grip or is the leg just done for?

Ryan: Seems to me that you're taking the full brunt of the kick into the ribs/spleen area when capturing it. Of course, I'm looking at it from the comfort of my couch, but the techniques seem more complicated than they need to be. For example, when grabbing Amber's leg and doing a reverse spin to counter with your elbow, why not just continue your turn while you're holding her leg, using your own back to leverage her to the ground, since she's already on one leg and off-balance? Still, I enjoy your videos and I do learn from your lessons.

Wish every woman was as strong and physically attractive as Amber. I'm sure she's a lovely person too
