Sir mera running thik tha Kuchh din running chhor diya tha Phle 1600 7.30 minute me aata tha av 9.30 minute aa rha hai Mera running 22 ko hai Par achhi baat ye hai ki 1600 meter 10 minute me krna hai Ho jayega sir agar normal step se running krenge to Kuchh tips dijiye please sir
