How about taxes? Do you taxes as llc or individual or what kind of taxes ?

I live in Texas and if I put all of my rental properties LLC’s inside the Wyoming LLC, wouldn’t it just take one search in Texas public record for the Wyoming LLC to find out that it owns tons of rental properties and make me a target for unscrupulous lawyers? They can easily see that the LLC that they want to sue is owned by the Wyoming LLC with a public search. It seems like I would have to split up all my properties with multiple Wyoming LLC’s holding smaller proportions of my rental properties to make it look like I own less property than I do.

Great info! Can you do a video explaining how you connect your business LLC’s to your WY LLC holding company for asset protections? A lot of videos never explain this. They just say, create a WY holding company and tie your other LLC’s to it and never explain “how” to actually do it
@TobyMathis5 ай бұрын
Thanks for your suggestion! I’ll definitely consider creating a video that dives deeper into the process of connecting your LLCs to a Wyoming holding company. I also recommend connect with my team for a free consultation. Visit: aba.link/cib

Thank you for a great video. financial education is what the world needs most right now. I studied and researched about crypto, gold, silver, and stocks for a while and got stuck on the learning curve. Thanks to Loraine Souvenir program, i've grasped trading concepts, boosting my earnings through her daily signals and insights.

It's truly refreshing to see a comment about Loraine Souvenir. I've also had the pleasure of working with her for several months after discovering more about her online. She has a knack for simplifying complex issues, whether it's a market surge or decline. Her approach consistently keeps you ahead of the curve. I'd call her a guru, for sure

The beauty of her approach is her dual focus: while she aggressively pursues profit opportunities, she's equally tenacious about shielding investors from potential pitfalls. It's a balance few can achieve.

Nice to see this here. A lot of folks downplay the role of advisors until they’re burned by their own emotions-no offense. I remember last year, I needed a good boost to help my business stay afloat, so I researched licensed advisors and thankfully came across Loraine. She’s helped grow my reserve, despite inflation, from $152k to nearly $1m as of today..Her insights and daily siignals are worth following.

Great video !!! But I disagree with some of your conclusions, when you fill out a CTA or BOI report for FinCen the form is called a business record under state law which means it can be subpoenaed, when lawyers write subpoenas they are normally broad and they are going to ask you if you have direct or indirect control of any businesses. I would suggest people set up a nonprofit business with 501(c)(3) status making the nonprofit exempt from the CTA and giving you know equity other than control. Judges normally have to narrow subpoenas with cause. That is law school 101, always write broad subpoenas when it comes to discovery.

But the lady at your firm said that it (land trust) doesn’t protect you if you actually get sued because if you get a judgment against you, then you have to disclose your assets in court. It just protects from the analysis of the other party for collectibility, to say whether a lawsuit would be worth it.

The state of Massachusetts requires you to put on record the name of the actual owner of an LLC even if it is an LLC formed in another state. And you also have to pay $520 a month to the state of Massachusetts even if the LLC in Massachusetts every year, even if the LLC is formed in another state

For the homestead exemption, what do you do if you have more equity than the exemption allows? They can sue and take it, but are you saying that if my name is not on it they can’t. Would I still need to disclose this asset as mine in court in the event their lawsuit wins? Do you put the house in the name of your lawfirm? And also all previous recorded records about the house which are public record, how do you remove those?

I think in most states you still have to register that Wyoming LLC as a foreign entity as it's technically doing business in your home state, especially if you're drawing money from it For example, in California, a foreign entity may need to register if its payroll in California exceeds $69,015 or 25% of its total payroll Meaning most benefits are kinda gone since places like California require disclosure of who owns it
@jenjen49515 ай бұрын
I'd like to know the answer to this as well.
@JamesAutoDude5 ай бұрын
@@jenjen4951 yeah that's how it works. Unless you don't take money from it and just have it there as the "holding company" and never take money from it
@jordynb10245 ай бұрын
So use the Wyoming LLC as just a holding company? And then have it own any in state LLCs that are actually doing business?
@JamesAutoDude5 ай бұрын
@@jordynb1024 yeah that's the only way it'll work I believe. Cuz anytime a business is operating and paying people in a state, it has to be registered as a foreign LLC, so might as well just make it that states LLC lol. But yeah
@jordynb10244 ай бұрын
@@JamesAutoDude yeah I was thinking the same lol the parent company just holding the assets but not doing anything operational. The operational subsidiaries just lease equipment/vehicles from the parent company.
