Suggestion for Color Grading: This color grading in background looks awesome - but have seen its repetitive since Mandeep did interview with Video Editor.. Would love to see more color options in background and foreground color grading rather than this stagnant pinkish - blueish - yellowish palette

Sir, first of all, thanks a lot for your valuable videos. You and Mandeep sir are doing a great job educating us about taxation and all when government itself keeping this as a secret and also in a very complicated manner. I watched almost all of your videos including all parts of EPF PPF NPS episodes. I have a doubt regarding EPS 1995 Scheme. As you explained in EPF video, after September 2014 new PF rule, any employee who joined EPS 95 scheme after the said date and having a wage of more than 15000 per month at the time of joining EPS 95 Scheme, will not be eligible for EPS. I have joined EPS 95 scheme with below 15000 wages per month and in my previous organization I could see the 8.33% of employer PF contribution used to go towards EPS and rest 3.67% used to go towards EPF. They fixed my EPF & EPS wage to be 15000 and thus deducted the minimum contribution towards EPF as per my consent (though my basic was more than 15000 per month). But in my current organization, the whole 12% of employer PF contribution they add it under EPF. 0 amount is going towards EPS. Yes my EPF wage is way higher than 15000, but Sir my doubt is, why my employer does not contribute to EPS and adding all amount towards EPF? By the rule, I am already a member of EPS 95 scheme and at the time of joining EPS 95 scheme for the first time (in my previous to previous organization) my wages were below 15000 and my joining date to EPF 1952 & EPS 1995 scheme was way after 2014. I have already tried to contact my HR and Finance team from my organization asking this doubt but they never get back to. I tried searching about it in the internet but couldn't find an explanation. Sir, I request you to please clarify my doubt wheather this is wrong or there is something I missed and it is expected to see the whole 12% from employer PF contribution goes towards EPF? As I understood from the EPF videos, if and only if at the time of joining EPF 52 scheme for the very first time, my wages would be more than 15000 per month, I wouldn't be eligible for EPS and whole employer PF contribution (12%) amount going towards EPF would make sense as per rule. But, in my current organization I have opted for the minimum PF contribution of 1800 (For that too credit goes to Mandeep Sir as I understood NPS gives better return than EPF and i am utilising it). Though my wages is higher than 15000, as I am already a member of EPS 95 scheme, should not my employer distribute the amount towards both EPF and EPS?

Thanks Sir for all the knowledge sharing. Specially middle class people lack clarity on what is Investing. And you have brought lot of clarity in peoples mindset. My question is, 1. Is there any way for tax harvesting for only SIP investors because the ones you explained works for sumsum in my opinion? 2. Suppose i invest in Quant Active mutual fund, Do they keep changing companies present in this fund and invest in them based on assessing the current market situation every other day Or They stick with them forever Or They change after longterm(>5 years) Thank you again!

Very informative video sir, very thankful for sharing this information. I have a question related to carryforward of losses: I have made lossed over past few years while trading but i have not shown them while filling my income tax return. So, now there is no way I can utilize those losses in my current year income tax filling ? Also, can these losses by used against TDS on salary income ?

If your company allows NPS contribution through corporate account 80ccd 2 allow 10% of your basic pay to be exempted for tax
@Kishandsygn2 жыл бұрын
Yes this is additionally to our voluntary contributions. It also reduces in-hand salary. I belive NPS will generate higher returns than epf. Everyone should go for it.

Dear Rishabh bhaiya, i would like to add to point 3 in this video. For salaried employees covered under NPS, 1) Employer contribution is 14% (out of which only 10% is allowed as deduction u/s 80CCD(2). 2)Employee contribution is 10% (out of which only 10% is allowed as deduction u/s 80CCD(1) subject to overall limit of Rs 150000. So, an employee instead of investing another additional 50000 in tier 1, he can claim deduction of Rs 50000 out of employee through salary contribution u/s 80CCD(1B). And the balance of employee contribution can be claimed u/s 80CCD(1). This will allow taxpayer to get max deduction without having to actually investing additional 50000 fund. Correct me if i am mistaken.
@vipinvenugopal465710 ай бұрын
Employee contribution can be claimed extra 50k once 1.5L limit of 80c is exhausted. Employer contribution is a separate section which can be claimed by employee
