I felt the part about loneliness. In life I realized that there is always a trade off. Meaning, when you say yes to something, you are automatically saying no to something else, whether we like it or not so need to know what exactly is more important to you. I guess the best you can do is make peace or find ways (big or small) to bring yourself joy and reward yourself at any given time. Keep grinding baby 💛💝💋
