5 Locomotives and 4 Cars. Union Pacific Yard Transfer, from El Paso to Santa Teresa, New Mexico.

Caught this freight coming out of the Downtown El Paso Tunnel. With 5 engines, I was expecting a monster. Turned out a very short yard transfer 🤣 . From Alfalfa Yard in El Paso to UP's Santa Teresa, NM Terminal.

Oh my gosh, that train is the longest I've ever seen. It's really odd to see 5 locomotives pulling that short train. Probably gonna be heading out to get a longer train

@@P30CHIf the crew did manage to stall on the hill, hopefully the crew did not die on the Hours of Service Law while getting ran around. That would have resulted in the use of services of a dog catcher. That would have been a real mess to explain.

@@SouthernPacific-3420 You have a good point there. Just in case it's not enough power to go up the hill. They should have added a few more locomotives to avoid the possibility of stalling. 🤣🤣🤣
