this house is perfect example of luxury without any thought process behind. The washrooms, though beautify, lack the shower space that is too close with the commode, as you will end up drying it every time you take a shower. Love the slanted bedroom idea with sitting space etc. though.

Not sure why builder make the door or the house to be smart. Trust me many smart things are not long lasting. When it breaks down and you are annoyed of it you would have to change the whole door. i prefert normal locks. I have a smart door that i can open with my phone bluetooth with an app but now the mechanism on the door is giving up.

I live in Sydney, Australia and lots of gates and doors are like that. It’s pretty reliable where you just touch the fob. I have that for the main gate and second gate of my apartment building. In Pakistan, I would suggest, Instead of using these gadgets on doors they could just put the remote control sliding main gate, which is much better facility to make life easier. You simply press the button on small remote control and it opens the gate. When you enter inside you just press the button to close the gate. No need anyone to open or close the gate.
