Host is presenting in a very interesting way, homework done for presentation. beautifully designed house , minimal colours and furniture, totally functional house, only one thing, I couldn’t understand the kitchen layout, very small for a big family esp Pakistani families, dining room is way far from kitchen, I wouldn’t consider that house for myself as it’s too confusing, kitchen is the heart of house and its a bit strange. Now a days in the UK where I live, open plan kitchen and dining is popular and it’s very practical as well . Separate living room is a great thing . Almost a luxury here. Anyways this house will be sold due to location and design.

Elevation is very ordinary but inside is fairly good with few drawbacks. 1. Lounge should be drawing room n drawing should b lounge as maximum time is spent in lounge bcoz of its view. 2. Dining area is just in front of entrance. 3. Washrooms are a bit small. 4. Instead of giving height to the dining area, it should have been given to sitting area. In my opinion lounge is not important in 10 marla house with one bedroom on the gr.floor. its just waste of space. 5. Lounge n dining area has no light n air passage. 6. Rooftop is very dangerous without any hazards. But generally internal plan is not bad.

Amazing house and furniture. Only thing I didn’t like was the kitchen. Too small but I get it it’s 10 Marla house so can’t have much spacious kitchen but still could have been made better. Everything else is perfect. Even taste of furniture.

In the bedroom who who thinks that there is a need of an OTS and the OTS which I look that is very small the OTS which should be in the right place that should be on the dining side as we entered through the main entrance there should be an OTS on your right hand side in the dining area with glass partition so that it looks luxury it looks something a good effect with sunlight as they mentioned there is a double height roof that roof should be glass roof so the light comes in so it create a beautiful view then OTS should be there and then closet which is such narrow it should be a glass closet so that whoever is going to walk through that closet it looks a little bit wide gives a wide space gives a wide vibe or either of the side should be a glass closet.

A guest whoever is going to enter through the main entrance they have to face that exhaust fan that is connected to the powder room instead of that that should be open towards the laundry area because they both have the same wall so it should be on that side and the window which is on the front, on the main entrance that can be decor very well and there can be many planters or something but they should have to take that note as well don't place don't ever place a bathroom window on the front of the house that should be on somewhere in hidden places. And the open dining area I can understand the double height space but open dining and the kitchen on the front that looks very bad design I don't think it should be there a long narrow kitchen and home lady not gonna like it so who designed it, really need to work on they put many luxury things in it but they didn't understand the flow. As per Architectural perspective many things need to be changed but I really appreciate the Interior designer did good job.
