I just bought one , whenever I drive over bumps it scraps and in eco mode, sounds like something keeps clicking. What do u think the fault is?

That’s the best “disengaging” because it’s automated gearbox dual clutch. Eco mode

This all windows open/close feature worked on my A250 a few times but stopped working recently. I suspect somehow I’ve disabled it unless it’s simply malfunctioned?

Only works if batteries are brand-new, basically had the same problem

Yeah it's normal just make sure to do regular service I do mine every 5000ks I drive it like I stole it and thank god never ever had issues with it.
