I hate life right now but by far the most achievable workout for beginners. The others I see rely on flexibility and stability which a beginners won't necessarily have. Good work!

Do Cardio AFTER. Reasons for this is because if you do it before, your legs borrow energy from your muscles in the core, thus making you do about half of what you are capable of in core exercises.

Have a question if this workout also works out lower abs? New to working out and lower abs/muffin top is one of my problem areas. Have lost 10 lbs in little over a month, with lifestyle diet changes and your videos already!!! Thank you!!!

The lower portion of your abs are the hardest to get rid of and the last to go. This routine can definitely help strengthen your core and fat loss will continue to occur via your diet.

Hi, I've been doing your ab routine twice a week for 2 weeks now. The first time I really felt it burning but now I barely feel it anymore... I don't think I'm doing the exercises incorrectly, so is it necassily to feel the burn ?

I use hand weights when i do this little workout.(2x7kg). I do a modified version of this workout with the weights so i get a more upper body workout at the same time. I`ve been doing this nearly everyday for two years, usually when i get home from my physical job and it helps to keep my body core strong and flexible, which is important at my age(i`m 56). I think Hasfit is great!

You will want to progress to other exercises as this one gets easier. Also, be sure to get your diet in order so that you're able to expose those abs!

You could try doing them after work? Also, your sleepiness could be caused by a number of different things not just because of a 5 workout in the morning.

There are two types of lower back pain. A good pain comes from the lactic acid burn of working and engaging all of your cores muscles (that includes your lower back). A bad pain comes when you're performing an ab exercise while lying on your back. If you allow your lower back to come up off the floor and arch then it takes your abs out of the movement and your hip flexors take over. Make sure it keep your lower back glued to the ground when performing all movements on your back.

The planks are just killer. At first I couldn't do a single 10 second plank. After 1 month I can do all 6 10 second planks...they still hurt...but I can do them XD

That is possible. The average human head is 8-12lbs and if you're neck muscles are weak, you will feel some discomfort.

AnastasiaSilvi keep your ears directly in line with your shoulders and look up to the ceiling. Try to follow regular breathing patterns, not breathing can cause neck pain too

could also mean you are using your neck to help pull up. you really have to focus on the abs and try to make sure your using then not your neck.
