This was really good! How would you combine your strength training videos that you have if I wanted to do some strength training 3 times a week?

Thank you and thank you for your question. I'm glad you enjoyed the video. For strength training three times a week, I recommend combining different videos that focus on upper body, lower body, and core. Also are you including or excluding running? or just focusing on strength training without cardio? At the moment there are only leg workouts and core workouts in this channel more focused for runners, but many more to come.
