INGREDIENTS:
Sugar (चीनी) - 1/2cup
Water (पानी) - 1 cup
Orange juice (संतरे का रस)
Plum (आलू बुखारा)
Kiwi (कीवी)
Cherry (चेरी)
Pineapple (अनानास)
Mango pulp (आम का पल्प)
Whipped cream (व्हिप्पड क्रीम) - 250-300 gram
Bread slices (ब्रेड स्लाइस) - 5-6
RECIPE:
In a pan, put Sugar & Water. When it starts boiling, put Orange Juice, chopped Fruits like Plum, Kiwi, Cherries, Pineapple, Mango. Mix them all & turn off the flame. Then keep the pan in ice-cold water. After cooling down, put the Fruits in a strainer & keep its juice in a bowl.
For Cream, take Whipped Cream at room temperature. Beat it with electric beater/hand whisker. Put the cream in a cone.
Take a vessel, keep a plate on it. Apply the cream on it & put Bread Slices, put Fruit Juice, spread Cream on it, put Fruits then put Cream & put Bread Slices again. In this way, do the same process 3-4 times. Decorate the Bread Cake with Cream & Fruits then cut it into pieces to make Pastries. Bakery Style Fruit Pastry will get ready to enjoy.
