Hi loves!! This week we are heading back to the beach for some QUICK + SPICY inner and outer thighs toning! This workout targets the thighs and leg muscles and will help to tone, lengthen and develop lean, slim legs. You guys are going to have SO MUCH FUN doing this workout with me!!

If anyone feels a bit hesitant to do this 5 minute workout, please know that Bailey is a MAGICIAN. I never enjoyed exercise in my 40 years on this earth, and on top of it, I hate overly cheerful positivity and motivational speeches in general, and yet here I am, a Bailey fan through and through. I'd been doing someone else's 10 minute inner thigh workout for a couple of months before this video was posted (sorry I was unfaithful to Bailey for a bit!!) and I promise you this one burns a lot more, while remaining totally achievable. I can't do squats or curtsy lunges because I used to have back problems, but this workout is amazing, the perfect balance between comfortable and challenging. Thank you so much Bailey!

I could really feel that in my hips, when I was doing the opening and closing of the legs it was like I was moving muscles that hadn't been worked in a very long time! Thanks!

Dear Bailey, I found your 5 min workouts just recently and I am already in love! Thanks a lot! If you were a fairy I'd wish for a 10-15 min. stretching routinge for flexibility, you know, touching the toes while keeping legs stretched and such :D I can't really get comfortablewith other youtuber's stretching vids

Bailey I am Loving these leg exercises. Is there any specific exercise I can do to get rid of fat around the inner knee area. Also is it normal that one leg works better than the other. It’s like I have a lazy left leg. Thankyou Becky
