Hi guys!! You've been asking for a 5 minute workout for flat abs so here it is!! This is a quick effective ab burn, and you can seriously get results in just 5 minutes a day with this home workout!

i like how she’s casually just laying down in the middle of nowhere on the beach. i’m doing this for the first time after running and a 12 minute ab workout and i haven’t watched it yet, but wish me luck i’ll be back shortly! update: loved it!!

@jaz3115 This is only my sixth time finishing this (over two weeks) and I am unmistakably stronger. The first couple of times I couldn’t bring my leg high enough to touch it now it’s a breeze.

GUYS THIS WORKS!!!!!! I’ve been doing this workout for the past 2-3 weeks and i feel amazing. I’m not even on a diet and I still saw results. I definitely recommend this workout!

I feel like I'm getting abs on my neck :D, because halfway through the workout my front neck muscles were burning just as bad as my abs, and by the end of the workout I didn't even notice the sensations in my abs because the neck overpowered them. I tried not to strain my neck, but simply keeping my head's weight at this unusual angle seemed to be too much. Is that a usual thing, or was I doing something wrong?

Put your fingers on your temple instead of on the back of your head. This helps to make sure you aren’t straining your neck during crutches

@@taylorfischer9521 That is exactly what I did and why I felt my front neck muscles working so hard to lift the weight of my head. Holding the back of my head would be so much easier, but that sometime causes neck pain AFTER the workout, so I avoid that. Got used to it eventually, I guess those muscles got stronger already.

@V1kte I have the same issue as well sometimes... I would suggest having a rest day from ab exercises if your neck is hurting a lot, so you can give it a chance to heal. The next day, make sure to really, *really* squeeze your abs during exercises where you lift your neck, and use your arms to support your head - try to make it so that you can't feel any muscles squeezing in your neck at all. If that doesn't work, you could try to modify some exercises to not lift your head as much. Either way, don't worry! As your abs get stronger, you will be naturally relying on your neck muscles a lot less, and so this problem won't last forever.

V1kte if you are feeling it in your neck. Then you are doing it wrong. Try make sure the top of your spine bone lifts off the ground. Also make sure you are squeezing your core. Act like you are trying to make a bowl with your stomach. Also make sure you are breathing. This should help!

Ohh myyyyyyyy! These workouts are SO good! Omg I spent about 30 minutes on Chloe ting and I could do 6 of your 5 minute videos and they would have a better burn and probably a better result! I have been working out almost everyday for the past year and because of that, I have a six pack. It’s hard to find an workouts that are hard enough for me but, this one is perfect. I love to do it when I’m short on time or just one a day where I’m taking it easy. I can still feel the burn and it’s really effective!

So I just started today so Im going to update you! Day 1: I'm dyiiiing this hurts sooo baaad aaaaaahhhhh Day 2: actually it was a little bit better! Sorry i didnt do for some days but: Day 3: ( after some days ) it was actually good! It burned but i did it easily! Day 4: it was easier but it buurned

I do this routine twice a week (with two, less challenging supplements in between) with great results. Don’t burn yourself out by overworking!

I have decided to this this for 2 weeks. I am also doing a slim arm workout, thigh gap workout and a booty workout so whatever measurements I get by the end off week 1 may factor in to the other ones I am doing Waist - 66 cm Hips - 82 cm Left arm - 27 cm Right arm - 27 cm Day 1 - workout complete ✔️ wow this burned. I don’t really have any fat on my stomach. I just wanna get the definition. I did alexis ten for 35 days, holy dolke for 2 weeks and the chloe ting two week shred. I hope I get good definition from this workout Day 2 - workout complete ✅ I felt the burn in my abs and my legs. It felt great. Now to do the lower ab workout Day 3 - workout complete ✅ I really felt the burn. I also do an arm and Booty workout and I have started a new inner thigh hap workout. Day 4 - workout complete ✅ I really felt the burn as I focused on my breathing and engaging my core as well as my from to get the best possible results. Day 5 - workout complete complete ✅ man I felt the burn today. I have the lower ab one left to do Day 6 - workout complete ✅ wow this was burning my abs today Day 7 - workout complete ✅ wow the burn is real for me. I can’t believe I have done this very day for 2 weeks. I only have the lower ab one to do and then I can measure Waist - 67 cm Hips - 84 cm Left arm - 25 cm Right arm - 25 cm I am going to do this and the lower ab one for another week. Tomorrow is my rest day and I have also been doing an arm workout so that factor in to my arm results Day 8 - Rest Day Day 9 - workout complete ✅ man this has my abs on fire Day 10 - workout complete ✅ wow I feel the burn. Day 11 - workout complete ✅ wow this really burns my abs Day 12 - workout complete ✅ man this burns a lot. I hope I can get the definition I want as I’ve also just start Blogilates 30 day 100 ab challenge. Day 1 I did yesterday. Day 13 - workout complete ✅ wow this really burns my abs Day 14 - workout complete ✅ I feel the burn even 2 weeks in. Waist - Hips - Left arm - Right arm -

I'm going to be doing this every day for an entire month and (IF I SEE RESULTS BY THE END OF THE MONTH OF AUGUST I WILL DO IT EVERYDAY UNTIL IM HAPPY!! (p.s I've done this yesterday but started to put a comment today || 24.07.2021) Also, I will be doing this 1-2 times a day, depending on my mood or mental state at the moment (: !! (editing this comment every day DAY ONE: 23.07.2021 || FINISHED IT WITH NO BREAKS, this hurt my upper abs the most, and it's hurting so much. (once: 7:30pm) DAY TWO: 24.07.2021 || FINISHED IT WITH ONE BREAK, today was a bit better but still hurt quite a lot !! (once: 7.30pm) DAY THREE: 25.07.2021 || FINISHED IT WITH FOUR BREAKS, I've gotten used to the pain and I can feel my abs burning. (once:7:45pm) DAY FOUR: 26.07.2021 || FINISHED IT WITH 2 BREAKS, It was so much easier today than yesterday, yet the pain is still there. (once: 7:54) DAY FIVE: 27.07.2021 || FINISHED WITH 3 BREAKS, today wasn't a good day, I've been in pain and the workout makes my core abs burn more and ever. (once: 8:32pm) DAY SIX: 28.07.2021 || FINISHED WITH ONE BREAK || it was a good workout , i sweated a lot. DAY SEVEN: 29.07.2021 || (WOOHOO ONE WEEK) || FINISHED WITH 3 BREAKS , today wasn’t the best , i delayed the workout quite a lot and only done it now. (once : 11pm) DAY EIGHT: 30.07.21 || FINISHED WITH 4 BREAKS , it was quite delayed & i had to do it late around 12-1am :( (once: 00:52am) DAY NINE: 31.07.21 || FINISHED WITH ___ BREAKS , (twice) DAY TEN: 01.08.2021 ||

I’m going to document my progress for 2 weeks ( I am overweight in the stomach and if I lose some of my stomach I’ll be really happy) Day 1: hard and my non-existent abs were screaming but I finished the workout and decided to do it a second time (it was still hard for me) Day 2: I did this along with two other ab workouts she has and it was a bit easier and my abs were still screaming Day 3: I did this workout along with 2 other workouts (another 5 minute ab and a fat burning 5 minute workout) it was easier and it flew by and I’m excited to see what my results will be like Day 4: I really pushed myself today and did all of her ab five minute workouts and also walked my dog for 20mins (I also did her 5 minute fat burning one) and decided to try something new and did a morning routine chloe ting fat burn it was surprisingly easier than I thought and even feel excited and motivated to work out Day 5: I did all of the five minute ab workouts for the morning and I’ll edit for the rest of the day Day 6: I did this along with another one of her 5 minute ab workouts and it’s gotten a lot easier Day 7: active rest day Day 8: same as always and I do not see any weight loss change besides the fact that my core is harder Day 9: same as always Day 10: I did this along with two other smaller waist and lose belly fat workouts Day 11: I did this exercise

This exercise really highlights the difference in strength between my left and right sides. It’s quite the revelation. Going to have to favor my left side for awhile in order to catch up. Great workout ❤️

Day 1-it burn Day 2-it burns a lot today🤦🏾‍♀️ Day 3-it burns still Day 3-it burns still Day 4-it burns still no progress on my belly yet Day 5-no progress yet but still burns Day 6-it burns still but getting a littler easier Day 7-I see that belly is not that much bloated like usually Day 8-still burns Day 9-I don’t see progress but it has to do because i haven’t been eating healthy Day 10-I took a rest because i started school on Tuesday 😢
