Thank you for the video. I really like the tip to take just 2 or 3 aligned actions each day. I have a few goals I am working on at the same time plus working so it can be overwhelming! Learning just to take a few small steps forward as you mention and not spend the entire day working on goals is more healthy and focused. Also I agree with you about been able to be both ambitious and grateful. I am ambitious and sometimes I feel I should be more grateful, I feel it is good to be both grateful and want to improve your life at the same time!
