I think being careful what you consume is huge. 2025, i won't be consuming as much content from creators I don't align with morally. 2024 i over consumed negative content without realizing it.

I already started doing this, trying to only take in things that are valuable and cut out a lot of the excess bs

Love the podcast! One odd thing that stuck out though was when Nick mentioned the “unsolicited” feedback from the employee that was let go. Wouldn’t you want feedback from those leaving the company? Exit interviews are very common and vital to understanding the employee experience that can be missed sometimes when you are in the c-suite.

Mindset Shifts: 1. Commit to producing results. Be results driven. 2. Embrace change. 3. Insource more, outsource less. 4. Persue the process, not the final product. 5. Welcome downtime.

Respect your view. As a truthful person I believe you are, what do you think about the Bible and the many contradictions that are in it? If we both believe GOD doesn’t make any mistakes, why would there be so many? Wish you well
@JacqHundleyАй бұрын
@ This is not the forum for a debate on accuracy of the Bible. I do not see any contradictions in it.

Offcourse not. Just wanted to ask you. With an open heart , go check it out. Many of them, even your scholars advise so. I just seen the Bible verse you presented , that’s only why I asked. I wish you nothing but the best. Don’t be defensive, no attack here. Take care bro!

14:00 wait so if your employee points out that your frequent change of mind is disruptive to the quality of the product/project that the employees are working on, and you then state that you will continue to do that, this indicates that you do not care about the feedback your employees provide. Nick take this advice to heart, and be open minded to implementing different managerial tactics.

Basically what i got out of it too. Or his R&D is a bunch of fruit cakes that take personally he doesn't want to move forward a product they've been working on. Who knows.

Amazing video, Nick. I wish you an amazing next year, much accomplishments and new records. I believe this year was very dense for most of us, but the next will be more dense. Thank you, Nick for your passion, lessons you teach us, videos where you share your life and achievements with us. This is invaluable, really.

Internet companies are the worst. My house was hit by lightning ⚡️ this summer and I own a pet resort and pet sitting company I depend on my internet, the lightening melted the box in the garage. It was soooo hard to get them to come out and it took weeks

Is the key part of that feedback you got more about leadership and bringing the team along with you when you make decisions? It's not so much about the decision but how you share the thinking with your team so that they understand how it impacts them and they stay connected and follow through
