I suffer from severe anxiety, I have anxiety attacks about every 2 hours, I cannot leave my house, and most of the time I can't even leave my bed.I'm only 13 and yet I deal with the things grown adults go through. I've tried all sorts of things to calm me when a panic attack hits, and I was surprised to find that this actually reduced some of the anxiety, thank you, bless your soul.

this helps so much. just lay down, make it as dark as you can and quiet and listen to this while curled up in a ball. keep convincing yourself you're fine

It helps bcz you are believing it. You can easily fool the subconscious mind. Just you have to act as you are happy whole heartedly and some how you've to do it forcefully . Think positive and positive things will definitely happen to you.

As someone that suffers social anxiety I find listening to this before sleep which helps me sleep and sometimes in the morning helps calm my anxiety it makes me feel better

This made me cry cuz I finally have relief after all this time... I dont know how bad my anxiety is, but I think its pretty severe. All of a sudden I can start thinking about the wrong things and my heart beat goes way up, I start shaking, I get a lump in my throat or a pain in my chest, sometimes I cry, and I've even had trouble breathing. Thank you for this. Edit: thank you all for the love and support guys. I have improved some, but still struggle with it on a somewhat regular basis.

I can't stop panting and acting like I have a seizure, I start moving out of control and cry, cover my face, shivering, feeling like I'm going to pass out or even die, and the thought of this makes it even worse...

Breathing in through the nose and out through the mouth deeply with the music has helped me so much with panic attacks. Strongly suggest, so relaxing!

Thank You, I started having panic attacks and when I get panic attacks, I feel fidgety (mainly because I am nervous), and I feel like my throat doesn't have much room or isn't getting enough air. Thank you. I read a few comments, and I don't know why it is such a relief to know I am not alone, but it is. Thank you for the beautiful music. It really helps and thank you to everyone who wrote something kind, hopeful or just to reach out. The pandemic sucks, many of us are in lockdown around the world and isolated and if I can send a little love out there and a little hope, then I have done at least one good thing in 2021. Bless you all. And hang in there! There is an "other side" to the anxiety hill. I know there is!

I have been suffering from panic attacks since I was 9 and I've tried it all, including meds. Had a panic attack, put some earbuds in and listened to this and now it's gone and I feel strangely happy. Amazing!

This sound helped me sleep when I was about 10 years old. Today my 1 year old son wouldn’t go to sleep and I remebered this sound. As soon as I put it on he fell asleep immediately… I’m shocked that you liked and commented on every comment even 11 years later😱

Can't say how this would work for a full-blown panic attack (I have the depersonalization psychosis kind of attacks. They're rare, but can repeat for hours). However, this worked like magic on my anxiety. It's exam season here at college and I'm not the only one in a state of panic.

Hey I suffer with anxiety a lot! And even the little things set me off, but listening to this without even looking at the screen calmed me down, I find it easier to take deep breathes in and a sip of water but thank you so much for this ❤️

Believe in yourself, be kind to yourself, surround yourself in positivity and I promise you that you'll overcome it. I did, and so have so many others. Once people are recovered they rarely talk about it because they are getting on with their lives... This music calmed me down so much, and the comments afterwards too. I listened, repeated it twice, and once I had calmed down scrolled down to like it, when I read some of the comments. I am not sure if the comments or the music calmed me down more. The fact that you take the time to respond to all these people made my heart melt. Maybe it is because I was in a sensitive state, or just because I am an overall dramatic. So thank you, for making music that has helped at least a thousand people (a thousand likes) and responding to people who I am sure appreciated it. (Also the 41 people who disliked must have thought it meant "dis-i-like).

Always had horrible anxiety. Very recently they've become panic attacks. I thought I was having a heart attack for days, ended up demanding my wife and family to call an ambulance. Having one right now, but it's helping alot.

I wish i had known this earlier, when i had panic attaks. I thought that i was gonna die or i had cancer or something always at night.. it wasnt easy to fall asleep. I over thinked very much But one thing that i dont understand is, that the doctor that i visited sayed: "it might never go away" and i belived it.... But it will go away. Trust me. You just have to think twice what you're whaching. And when you have a panic attack, think something nice, maybe some good and funny memories. IT WORKS!! try it. 😘😘 Love you all😍 and before that all happend...... My grandmom died because of cancer . I felt pain in my body.. i dont know why.. im now 13 years old, and that happend when i was 10.. But the pain...... It never ended. I still have pain over My body. But i dont worry about it too much.

Stress ... depression...led me to have panic attacks in my sleep ...I feel like I am having a heart attack ..and then the anxiety sets in and lasts for hours. I hope this helps ...❤️

I bought somethin called a pregnancy pillow, it's a giant C shaped pillow...I know what ur thinkin & no, I've never been pregnant but I do suffer from back pain & have slept N the fetal position 4 as long as I can remember. Now every night I begin my solfeggio playlist with this song softly N the background & curl up N the pillow...I realize now that I've never really slept until I practiced this heavenly combination. Please, please, make a longer version of this song, it's truly a blessing 4 me & my husband as it has cured his sleep apnea. From the bottom of our hearts & top of our soul, we both thank the creator of this song & will B 4ever grateful. Live, Love, Sleep, Repeat............& now that we're all finally Awake....

I listen to this almost on a daily basis during my lunch time. I go to my car, get comfy and turn this on. I take a 10 minute nap which helps me re-energize.

I have been recently struggling with severe anxiety episodes. I find that during the day going for walks and listening to this song helps aA LOT!! But then at night when I’m about to fall asleep my body gets a sudden urge of anxiety and wakes me right up. I haven’t slept in 2 nights because of it. I’m literally exhausted but my mind is not letting me sleep!! Help

@@cyndismith5739 ugh it truly sucks, such a horrible feeling! I like to think that God (or whatever higher power you believe in) doesn't give is these thing unless we're strong enough to handle it. Besides anxiety, I have depression, arthritis, ADHD, scoliosis and chronic migraines. Forget about a rollercoaster, my life has been a whole amusement park of rides 🤣🤣

I was having a huge panic attack and was pacing around my house not knowing what to do because I got a bad ear infection and the buzzing sound in my ear was driving me crazy. The more I read Google answeres the more worried I became. I put my head down and played this song and just starting profusely cry. It Def helped me alot the melodies are so beautiful that if you feel like releasing just do it you'll feel better afterwards.

Thinking of you at this difficult time Britney. I was once in that place too. Believe in yourself... you can recover. Everybody heals differently. My roadmap to health was a combination of things. Meditation, being kind to myself and creating personal boundaries helped me. I can very much recommend 'The Linden Method' too. The author/creator much gave me hope when i was at my worst and saved my life. Sending peace and love to you Britney. Be kind to yourself and most of all, believe that you can get yourself out of that cycle. Educate yourself with healing, relaxation and find the strength within to push through. You are not alone.

You have a powerful mind and a high emotional intelligence. This is one of the reasons you're suffering. Remember, you have survived every attack. You need to re-program your subconscious mind and undermine the anxiety. It works, but it takes effort and you have to push out of some limiting beliefs and switch the inappropriate anxiety off. I'm not an expert or a counsellor, but I've been through it all and came out on the other side. Believe in yourself and work on healing and positivity.
