Left out a pretty big rule. If the runner reaches hideout or gets caught you go back and check the board to see if runners tiles were laid properly and if chaser laid down the right tokens which you can check by turning over and checking back of tiles which Tom said were not even important. This is how game determines who won not by whoever lays most tiles (Huh).
