Tuscany expansion for viticulture is essential!

I feel a bit vindicated when Chris said at the end that he wishes the trade spots had 3 way swap symbology. When the designer asked for feedback early on in the campaign, I mentioned this on BGG with a triangle graphical suggestion, they saw them, and then kept the board as it was. It was disappointing because it really is difficult to know. Chris agreeing with me makes me feel like I wasn’t on an island with that suggestion.

Goodness i remember the original game. It looked very very similar but in a smaller box. I liked the game but i got rid of it about 15 years ago bevause it was just too long for a 2 player game. Its quite an old game now mechanically.

100% agree that there should be more cards. This game was marketed towards fans of Wingspan, Terraforming Mars and Ark Nova (tag hunting games). There should be more. Good call, Mr. DiLisio.

My favorite expansion is Valhalla for Champions of Midgard. I love that it makes losing units so positive that sometimes you ignore your shields.

The Resistance was my favourite social deduction for years until I played this. It's now my 2nd favourite SD game.

Instead of a D4, it'd be great if the Triple D4 out of a D12 were made. Or maybe a Quintuple D4 out of a D20. D4s are just so awkward and don't roll nicely.

When you consider the price point for all these expansions and the annoying storage issue, this expansion is really scraping the barrel to be justified.

The reveal of that board gave me a bigger shock than any of the Child's Play movies. No matter what type of games we like, this game seems to illicit the same response in all of us, haha.

To answer the question about turn order, I played a 3 player game in which I was first the entire game (including with the 3 coin bonus), and I did not win. It was very close though, decided by a few points.

Near and Far Amber Mines! That special dice! Option for coop against the Red King! More interesting mines! More animal adventurers! More stories! Magic! And more! Totally agree with Scoundrels of Skullport, 1910, and Cities & Knights.

It's sad people are overly critical of this hidden gem. One of the best light area control asymmetric games I've played in a long time. It's a big game in a tiny box.

Question about short zoot suit. In most trick taking games reneging is usually detected. Usually with a scoring consequence. Rarely do people intentionally renege. But it happens accidentally. How would a player's misplay get detected? I play off suit legally. And later draw back into the shorted suit. How is this affect play?

The primarily white backgrounds on the wingspan cards I think works really well because to me it evokes bird catalogs and such. I wish they didn't go with dragons all on white backgrounds for this. I don't think that white background fits this game at all. And again, there is NO REASON for those caves to be short cards. Just print the stupid stop sign on the bottom of the cave cards. DONE.

Viticulture: Tuscany, for wake-up track alone, then you throw structures for a touch of asymmetry. Flash Point Fire Rescue Extreme Danger & Tragic Events Power Rangers: Heroes of the Grid Deluxe Box, while pricy, adds alot of replayability by expanding the Monster & Boss roster. Looking forward to trying Fallout: Atomic Bonds (hopefully) soon

I will never understand why they made the cave cards that size. Why not full height so you can carry them properly in your hand of cards? Just print the little stop symbol on the bottom of them all and make them the same height as the dragon cards. I don't get it.

I love these comedic intros. It's always nice to see someone who obviously enjoys what they do for a living.
