Oh my goodness! I'm almost 50 and I remember my mom making this for us as children. It's addictive. My kids love it too. If you don't have lemon juice, you can substitute it with white vinegar too.

@@alexafraserofficial I love the sourdough bread toasted crispy like you do. When I make it I just spread the avocado on it, add some salt n pepper. I'm gonna try the eggs and arugula with the balsamic vinegar, I love the vinegar on my salads as well. I'm gonna make it for my hubby and I. I'll let you know when I do most definately ❤

I eat avocado toast everyday for breakfast and sometimes for lunch also. I also love sourdough if I buy bread but usually I make French bread in my breadmaker, so toast, then avo,salt,add everything bagel seasoning,bacon bits, and I used to always use arugula which I really still love but not that accessible, so I use sprouts,salt again...ya it's a lot of salt but I'm addicted. I buy a bag of Now brand of zesty sprouts mix that I sprout weekly and last a week. So I always have the greens and the $8 bag last about a year. My absolute favorite thing to eat! I'm definitely going to try balsamic and red pepper flakes!

Low carb high protein breakfast. Tofu scramble. Saute vegetables (mushrooms, sun-dried tomatoes, kalamata olives, peppers, spinach). Crumble and mix in 1/3 package of tofu. Season (nutritional yeast flakes, curry powder, smoked paprika, salt)

Please buy some utensils like a spatula for stirring your eggs & getting avocado spread out of the bowl, a knife to spread ir, an avocado scraper/ slicer spoon. Also, try adding a little minced onion & garlic to the spread & using a Balsamic GLAZE instead of runny balsamic vinegar ;) Thanks for sharing, Jody
