90% of the time this is the look I need. Usually we can spend more than 5 minutes so I’d love to see simple makeup like this, and then put together a little more colorful, casual outfits for running errands, grocery shopping, mtg at school for your kids, quick lunch with a friend, etc. Just regular life things! We live in a social media frenzy where we see so many wearing new things all the time, it’s impossible to keep up. If our clothes bring us joy, that’s what really matters.❤

For me, powder foundation is a huge time saver. A big dense brush and you can have great coverage in 20 seconds, depending on the brand. Loreal Infallible is good and affordable. I go over my eyelids to take away redness and make the eyes look more open. I would also use a bit of dark brown eyeshadow as a liner, so much more forgiving than liquid eyeliner and more cohesive to that minimal look. This video is a great concept and very helpful!

I enjoyed this video! I love your levity and cheerfulness! I completely agree with you. I have all my makeup organized on my counter so I can do a quick makeup or a full makeup look. I paired down to one eyeshadow pallette. It has all the colors I would use. I follow Myka Meier's youtube videos. One of her topics was what 3 items can you put together under 3 minutes to make you feel put together. So I've taken time to figure that out for myself. I’d love to see you do your colors. It used to be common for women to know their “season”, be able to pick colors that just look fabulous on them. Maybe a collaboration with someone that has all the material swatches. It came to my mind recently as I bought a hot pink jacket and more then a dozen complimented me in the color. I hadn’t thought about colors since the 80’s and typically wouldn’t wear pink.
