I had a literal pitch cranker monster in my nightmare last night. It was a very VERY skinny and super tall woman. Sort of like siren head but with an actual face at the top of the neck. I remember the grotesque, long, and bony neck craning down at me. She was all black except her face, which was white. blindingly bright compared to the dark black body and the bright red sky. Her face was just as bony as her body, and I knew her face was just as tall proportionately, but she had no lower jaw. She had greasy long hair hanging down to her chest. I woke up immediately after I realized what I was actually looking at. Super fun! I can’t emulate pitch cranker that well, but I definitely tried to draw her when I woke up

I had a dream a while back when I was 10 or 9. It was in 3rd or 2d person. A girl was kidnapped and killed. Her bones were made into a table. On the same night her young sister had her birthday. The table was used for the cake and party. The body was never found. The parents were oblivious and didn't know that it was her DAUGHTER as the table. (Someone make this into a cool analog horror series I beg of you lol)

Idk how many people can relate to this but the city of silent hill, the outside, to me is not scary but normal, it reminds me of the general atmosphere of my own town, especially sky coloring tone and especially during winter

Pitch canker I dare you to draw the mimic from Vida Carnes because I’m sure it’s an analog horror because it was based on one artist an artist that is good at drawing on his computer Because analog almost looks like an alternate

And I’m sure the mimic is like a creature, a meat creature or like just it’s like a meat creature based on a another artist that he made his own analog horror that is called Vita Carnes Vita Carnes. It’s like a world filled with meat creatures. Except the humans and the animals like there’s like some sort that you can have to research the link in the bio and here it is. #VitaCarnes

Thank you! As soon as I can save up enough to take time off of work I'm getting both hips replaced. I literally can't wait! It's basically really severe arthritis at age 30. Arthritis never sounded that bad to me when I was younger, but it feels like I'm walking around with knives in my hips.

I know it’s not the same, but my son and I each make 1-2 second doodles and then we switch them between us and the other has to make a face/character of out them. I’ve made some of my favorite stuff that way 😊

Question, do you ever get a certain theme and stick with it for a while? I'm asking because I created a canon highly revolving around the phrase "tomorrow will be a better day" with seemingly poorly sketched eyes, and I wondered if you ever had a specific phrase or idea influence your art.

yes! I love doing themes and series, and it actually really helps me make art. One series that inspired me when I was younger was by "Philip Dearest", and they did a series called "ONE DAY ALL THAT HE HAS WILL BE MINE". It basically took the phrase and twisted it in a bunch of ways. One was like a kid getting their parent's mental illness, another was a guy stealing someone's girlfriend, another was this guy waiting for a parent to die to get the inheritance. I'd love to do something like that soon, but lately I mostly do archetypal series like 7 Deadly Sins, 4 Horsemen, etc.

I'm actually working on a video about my favorites! But in the meantime I definitely suggest The Wailing, Cure, Suspiria (original and the remake are both amazing), Noroi, The Shining, and Sleepaway Camp are some of my favorites! All very different and some are more campy than others, but definitely all worth watching.

Hey. I have been longing to draw horror art like you do and I have watched many tutorials, (mostly yours) and you said draw what scares you - but I really can't put my finger on what scares me. Do you know a way I can figure out what scares me? Any help is appreciated! Even if you don't respond or anything, that's fine!
