Off Subject. I noticed in your "Show higher timeframe indicators on your Metatrader charts" video you didn't do an example of a HTF MA for MT5. I was wondering if you could show us an example. I tried replicating the MA indicator in MT5, but was unsuccessful. Seems like it's WAY more complicated. Thank you for all of the great content!

In your experience, have you ever come across a mechanical strategy or EA that actually made profit in the long term, across multiple instruments (backtesting at least)? It seems that every strategy out there (KZbin or social media) is actually unprofitable.

Most, probably all, strategies work in certain market conditions. Conditions change over time. A single expert with a single strategy will probably fail when conditions change. It is better to have a range of experts and turn them on and off depending on conditions.

U have to develop an algorithm and spot reversal points to be long term profitable. Using various indicators,price action , supply and demand zones. EA loose at manipulation (stop hunts) and accumulation phase in the market . So u have to develop an algorithm using volatility to calculate the range in the market . Eg using macd +stochastic +CCI+RSI . + momentum indicators they all have different maths. When they have different reading base on their maths . One will be more accurate to detect oversold and overbought conditions while others just spot a breakout . Eg . Cci 60 period CCI settings for trend following and 9:3:3 stochastic settings Cci break +100 to sell signal stochastic detect alot of selling pressure hence at 20 level . On the close sell for CCI but base stochastic we get buy . Depends on the buying pressure on stochastic we would have a long or short term buy (drawdown on CCI sell ) . So if CCI cross before +100 for sell entry would be RSI at 80 level . Could use RSI, macd or awesome indicator for divergence detection . Since we trading a reversal of the timeframe or pullback of the higher tf. Entry can be confirm with imbalance, close below EMA like 14 or 13ema . With a parabolic sars above the high opposite candle. You have to use many indicators for algorithm. Base on the all giving signals at once would give the signal a grade with color recognition . From.weak to very strong . So would place trade base on normal to very strong . Divergence, imbalance, detecting oversold and overbought range (volatility price range ) is all u need . If using 0.01, 0.1 Psars settings all u need is divergence and stochastic for price range . If Sars appear and stochastic at 80 level strong sell with divergence.

Would be a better end to the presentation by showing the EA working as intended while briefly going over it. Though you have the right to end your videos to your choosing, the abrupt endings seem quite premature where the audience is expecting to actually see a visually brief explanation of the end product.
