Hi Lauren, would you recommend doing only 1 video at a time, or can I do 2 or 3? I'm 5 months postpartum after my C-section and feel like I've recovered really well. I have a fitness history of pilates, yoga, weightlifting, HIIT, I feel my base level of fitness is good.. But I don't want to push myself too far. Any advice appreciated! Thank you x

Hi Alice! You can definitely do a combination of videos… I love to do a longer video (strength, cardio or interval training) paired with one of my Ab workouts! ❤

Hi! Once you are cleared to exercise by your medical provider, I suggest first starting with my C-section recovery plan (if you’ve had a C-section) or my Postpartum Ab Program to heal your core. After a few weeks of the program (2-4 weeks) you can add in this workout! If you’re looking for a guided schedule, I just launched my KZbin guides on my website and they’re on sale! Hi , my c section was done in august. Now my hips caught fat very fast rather than whole body. And tummy also fatty what should I do

Hi! Don’t be discouraged; pregnancy + a C-section is hard on your body, but healing can happen with time + consistency. I suggest my C-section recovery plan to ease back into exercise, then my Postpartum Ab Program for healing your core. Good nutrition and consistent but sustainable exercise will help with fat loss. I have a whole playlist of C-section workouts on my channel. But give yourself grace and lots of time! ❤

It will help strengthen and tighten core muscles but it’s not designed for fat/weight loss. That happens sustainably over time with nutrition and strength + cardio training-both of which I have on my channel playlists!❤
