Thank you for these helpful videos. I am currently binging all of your videos. I am 24 years old and beginning my first sessions this week as part of my clinical hours (as a Grad student). I am terrified! But your videos are giving me courage and confidence! Thank you for posting these!

Bring the uncertainty back is called testing the change. If it worked then the client is certain. If not then there is more work to do

I have always had a problem with therapists grilling the client right out of the gate, instead of getting this stuff in the normal course of counseling

This video is 30 mins long! Well there's a 5 min tip at the beginning, another one at the end, and 20 mins of dark contemplation in the middle.
