@@rory_person_being Thanks, I knew anti bloon was the answer late game, but kept struggling with money. Getting temple was a great idea as it not only decreases build cost but also increases cash gen along with city. Also I've died to 1 DDT at r118 multiple times while building temple. I understand ur placement to catch DDTs with defences at the back.

@@AroundAverage yea the temple further back is a little safer but really at this point safety is a hindrance to breaking the 300m barrier anyway. I like the temple further forward. I wonder if it's possible to live without the primary/magic sacrifices? I'm not sure but just maybe with a fast enough bloon crush placement?

@@rory_person_being It probably is, though I think improving upon this strategy will only yield relatively little improvement. I've been told that the best strat is using psi Lvl20 + gsabo & fullsend all the way to r255, theoretically can reach 2B damage. I did try it but failed way before sending r140 because Idk how to use psi in races. This is a task for someone else, not me 🙃

@@AroundAverage I did see someone using it. They hit 500m in that run but it will be the question to see if it holds. I might try to go for it and see if I can get a Psi run to hold at some point

I think that within a year or so we’ll see someone max out this challenge. We are a ways away with current strategies, but I think it’ll happen. (By max out, I mean get to round 255 and beat all rounds)

@@qurturt8872 that would be cool to see, especially without the human error (grandmaster moment 🙃) Also I've talked to other players who specialise more into races & the best method is to get gsabo + Lvl20 Psi, fullsend to r255 for max score. I've tried that once & failed because idk how to use Psi in races.

I was happy with my 140k pops after beating it 😂 and I was suprised that you’re starting strat was very similar to mine and I did this all in the fast forward option now that I tho k of it it’s definitely better not to do that 🤣

@@keepingitfresh7104 now that I've spilled the beans, u can get a better score than mine 🙃 Also a tip for anything micro heavy (like races & timed bosses), never play on fast forward during important rounds, u lose way more time than u think

get the LOTN for the last 8s and perma send with a 050 ninja active. That gets you pops like crazy without having to defend for the last 8s

@@N1HIL1TY But it prevents you from dying whilst the ninja gets a staggering amount of pops. Each ddt at round 250 is already over 3.5k pops. And yet they only take about 3-4s to exit at that round. So you need the LOTN. So if you are able to send from round 200-300 within these 10s (roughly 2s before the portal activates and then the 8s portal time), you can easily get another 50-100m pops extra, if not more

I am wondering, since it did look like the bombs and the AB nuke got pierce capped a lot, if it would perform better with a lord of the abyss buffing it? Or maybe just spamming bloon sends with grand sabo and letting a superstorm deal with the DDTs at the end? Since you dont seem to have much of a money issue at that point.

@@balbalofficial8212 I'm not sure how does LOTA work with ability pierce, but that does seem like a good idea. I was told that I should've gotten LOTN to catch blood leaks while full sending for gsabo. In hindsight yeah probably should've, but my laptop was already lagging so I couldn't micro well

bma is terrible. transforming doesn't count as pops and doesn't give money. unstable concoction doesn't scale with moab hp since a couple updates back

@@tschaiga308 a) I wanted to play it safe. The BADs & DDTs were already overwhelming me at r200. The more rounds u send in late game, the more hp & speed the MOAB class Bloons have, sending too much would've killed me. Plus I was already getting sufficient value from the MOABs using AB imo so didn't need to push too much b) It was already lagging quite a bit for me sending that many rounds. I was worried my laptop might crash, which it didn't, but after submitting the score Bloons crashed 🙃

@@speedydounut2316 To make the rounds go up u have to defeat the rounds, which is hard to tell if u send them all at once. I sold it at r118 because I've just cleared the previous rounds & built the temple, & needed the extra money for AB & other things, paragon levels of money isn't really worth delaying those abilities

I tried it & it couldn't really hold the line. The ROF eats Bloons for breakfast, plus it deals with zebras & blacks while the cluster deals with purples, complimenting each other
