Early on, I used to think Alex was almost robotic in his interviews, towing the company line, but he's really developed and grown more comfortable. He makes a great champion and ambassador for the sport. Congratulations, Alex, and great work, David!

3x IndyCar champion. Winning the title 3 out of the last 4 years and now back to back. Very impressive. He made the right decision to stay with CGR in IndyCar.

From Spain always watching F1 I discovered Indycar since Fernando Alonso try, and now I am hooked. Everything cool, close to the fans and racing lovers but essencialy, open competition to all drivers. I see Palou a 2.0 ALO version equally calmed & smart with a smile even under pressure. Great interview!!! Thank You!

@jamesbraun98423 ай бұрын
I don't think he would turn down the opportunity, for at least a test or FP (Similar to what Pato with McLaren f1 a few years back). With recent happenings in F1 (Andretti trying to make a new 11th team and Logan Sargeant being fired mid season, and the fact that Indy car is no longer a dumping ground for F1 busts, so he wouldn't be guaranteed a ride if he tried and failed).

Alex very down to earth very good dude hard not to like the guy. I asked him if he was tired of eating fried chicken he says he was gaining to much weight. Like Dixon just super consistent. He nearly won Indy a few years ago vs Helio. Like Herta Alex will probably get a win on an oval next year.

The competition is great race to race, but the different winners every race don't matter if the same guy keeps winning the championship..... Different ways to get to the same place. Think about it, the bigger indy gets, the more it will be about the money and the more it will become like f1....
