Disagree about the first point. if i ask an opponent what a card does and they intentionally conceal information to mislead me that's cheating, and I'd toss them out of the playgroup if it becomes a regular thing.

You really need to type out your timestamps properly if you want KZbin to present the audience with chapters. Most frequently, it would look like this, min:sec, for videos less than an hour (ex. 1:30). For videos over an hour, you can then include the hour mark within the timestamp (ex. 1:01:01). Never include milliseconds, etc. when doing timestamps within the description as that can confuse KZbin and can lead to chapters not appearing.
