This video is very helpful in the sense that I'm nowhere near Bob in my interpretation, but have Bob-like tendencies, specially when undergoing burnout

Thanks for this comment! I am sure all of us do have the Bob-like tendencies as our job often gets frustrating for many reasons, eventually leading to burnouts. But still, not many have the humility to take criticism and learn from it, so kudos to you for continuing to improve. Best wishes!
