Great video Joe! It’s also horrible when you do a job for someone who has been messed over by another contractor. It takes the whole job to gain their trust and they now look at all of us as shady until we prove them wrong

Great video. I always ask for list of subcontractors especially in connection to the lien waivers. Even my fence contractor subbed out the demo and clear out work. Thanks for your videos.

My step dad is a contractor an so etimes we would go look at jobs and the people would tell us they would pay people in the past up front and the people wouldnt cone back and they would easily just had over a chick of course we would get the matterial and cone back and bringing the material right away if you can put the coater a little more at eas and have wverything on paper my atep dad has everything writen down on paer and digitally you wright what you want don go over and he wont do any work untill you sain it an both partys gets a copy so later it can be looked over if something comes up

Oh how I wish I had seen this before we contracted our fence. They have great reviews but so far our experience has been dismal. At the moment about half our posts are only about 15” deep for a board on board Charleston fence.
