Yes, thank you. Truly enjoyed being one of your student. One mistake we made was not letting one of our contractors go earlier in the process. Lots of mistake was made to the property and had to get another contractor to fix it 🤦🏾‍♀️

Thanks bro. Anytime! Just FYI- The settings were important as well. I had a friend who does photography in Brooklyn show me how to set things up. Lighting is important too.

You can get an F1.4 lens. Take the ISO off from auto and down to 200. Set the lens at 2.2 and take the shutter to 1/30th of a second. Those are the instructions, I received. Unfortunately, I can't send a pic in the comments. You'll have to test the lighting. I have 4 different lights in my studio. 2 soft box lights and 2 main lights.

Keeping some houses sounds good but I have no desire to deal with tenants unless it’s commercial property or section 8 where the rent is pretty much guaranteed. Do have any knowledge about that? Renters have too many rights, especially here in California and I have heard too many horror stories.

Have you considered building pricing for a professional property manager to handle the tenants for you? That’s my plan, like you, I like the house much better than the tenants… lots of luck to you especially on the west coast.
