I like your channel very much. Despite the fact that I am in contact with the English language practically every day, I like to look here. I often catch myself making trivial mistakes. Mistakes that are repeated so often that you no longer pay attention to them (I remember that there is also an episode on this subject). The more I learn English, the more I realise that it is not a race, but a journey that lasts a lifetime. If you want to speak English at least very well, you should be in constant contact with the language. You have to live it. It's great that you are here. You bring a lot to my journey. Thank you!

OMG, Yony, you should make some little breaks otherwise you'll burn out fast! I'd suggest that you have a healthy routine and switch between hard work and some fun time like watching to our video lessons or listening to podcasts in a relaxed way. And the next day you could work on it deliberately, make a pause, write something down, build example sentences, memorize the vocab. You can do it, just don't be too harsh on yourself!

"Give is singular"🤔🤔🤔
@casse8104

Hi! Yes, the plural form of give is also give.
@casse8104
@casse8104 2 жыл бұрын
@@kimcuongtran5495 It was not a mistake. The plural form of the verb to give would be give. 'Gives' is the third-person singular form of give. This is not the example used in the lesson. That form only works for third-person singular subjects. 🙂
@casse8104
@casse8104 2 жыл бұрын
@@kimcuongtran5495 This is a great idea for our next lesson! 🙂 It’s important to know that opinion is both countable and uncountable. The mistake we were explaining is related to adding an (s) after the uncountable noun, not after the verb. “I give feedback” or “she gives feedback” are both correct. However, the teaching point in the lesson is that you would never say feedbacks.
