One way to tell that you didn't read the books even though you say you did- Seriously though, it happened in book 6. He was there fighting to protect the kids at Hogwarts when Greyback struck him. Fluer still loved him too, regardless of how the scars made him look. It was a whole plot point in book 6. Even alludes to the Weasley's asking Lupin for advice on how to help Bill adjust.

Now here’s the list of some actually lucky characters: Xenofilius Lovegood: thanks to the trio being seen Luna was kept alive as they could see he wasn’t lying about them being there Narcissa: managed to get away with lying to Voldemort and then left the whole ordeal pretty unharmed Buckbeak: managed to escape his execution, then cared for by Sirius, he got stuck in a Grimmauld place for a bit but still Sirius was looking after him very well and feeding him with rats (I don’t think that’s a coincidence - he was doing it because of Peter) and then went back to Hagrid under a different name Umbridge - ended up going to Azkaban but there was no dementors guarding it by then and honestly she deserved much worse Kingsley - became a well deserved minister for magic, it’s more of his own hard work than luck but surely he wasn’t the only candidate and others must have also been good so some luck was involved. Go Kingsley😀

He was the first first year for a century, and the only rule they broke, which was OK by Dumbledore was to allow a first year to own a broom as he’s playing Quidditch. However, since Greyback was not transformed at the time, Bill did not become a werewolf. The only thing that changed about him is that he now has a liking to very rare steaks, and of course, his scars. READ THE BOOKS. Bill and Fleur’s relationship is precious and beautiful, and we get next to nothing of it in the movies.

The rules weren't broken to let Harry on the Quidditch team. The rules were broken to give him his own broom first years aren't aloud to have their own brooms. Please read the books properly the 1st year can't have their own broom and can try out for the quidditch team but it is rare to find outstanding players for kids who are in 1st year. Lupin avoids Tonks so she would not be in danger and Tonks tells her feeling when Fleur tells her she would still marry Bill then only Lupin falls for her and after that, he leaves for her safety even if Harry makes him remember about his old friends he would still feel sad to lose all of them. If you don't read the book properly then don't make stories
