It's okay, such houses cannot be evaluated accurately as there is hardly any transactions happening at that level for comparable analysis, you can surely evaluate by pricing the land plus the per unit construction cost but that will still be less than its actual cost, there are a lot of intangibles like legacy etc goes behind the evaluation and it's impossible for such outlandish houses
