natural hair growth + protein treatment 3 times a year + herbal hair growth accelerate + pick a routine that emphasizes growth in every step you are doing + dont get distracted by all the noise. do things that cater to Y.O.U. meaning: do things cater to your porosity, scalp, medical conditions, etc. I found out I was deficient in biotin. when I took it, it grew my hair 1.5 inches in 2 months. I also ate clean and did head massages to release stress in those 2 months.

@@chloed8645 My hair wasn't growing at least 1/2 inch a month. Even though I was taking collagen and eating clean most of the time. When I tried biotin, my hair grew from 3-4 inches a year to 1.5 inches in 2 months. If I wasn't deficient in biotin my hair wouldn't grow like that.

Very informative video.❤❤ Its funny you mention dandruff. i struggled with dandruff all my life, but i think i have a better handle on it now because i took myself to a dermatologist. It sucks that dandruff/dermatitis can only be managed its all about trial and error. Currently im trying anti inflammatory as needed. No set scalp routine yet but it feels good to know im trying to understand what triggers it.

@@Shadow_Viperess I like massaging sulfur 8 into my scalp, but usually at night because of the smell lol. I do add rosemary, peppermint, camphor, eucalyptus, basil, and now tea tree essential oils into it also. Only 2 drops each. Just one of those oils is good enough though, and about 5 to 10 drops per sulfur 8 bottle. Clay masks are a good detox for the scalp. Some bentonite clay, charcoal powder, tea tree essential oil, and apple cider vinegar mixed into a paste and applied to the scalp before you shampoo can help over time. Leave it on for about 20 minutes or before it starts to completely dry.
@MEAJJEKL
@MEAJJEKL 3 ай бұрын
@@Shadow_ViperessAlso, Nizoral shampoo for dandruff is pretty good at tackling it one to three uses into the bottle! Good ingredients to look out for concerning the scalp: rosemary, peppermint, tea tree. Any herb that mimicks that cool, minty, tingle that those 3 give will have a similar effect (basil, camphor, menthol, etc) but look out for those 3! ACV rinses are also very good for the scalp and strands because it is a gentle cleanser that will balance your scalp's pH over time.

Maybe...maybe not. I'm 55 and I did the Ayurveda herbs and oils and I have hair down to the middle of my back. Mind you I also have a malabsorbtion problem yet my hair continues to grow despite not being able to eat. Could be genetics as well. But there are plenty of "aunties" on SM that have lovely long tresses.

When you mentioned hair growth accelerants and herbs that could be harmful, are you referring to hair growth topical oils or herbs/accelerants taken internally by mouth?
@sislaysandazetv
@sislaysandazetv 3 ай бұрын
Hey Lovely! Thank you so much for your question, I’m speaking to both, as topical treatments can be absorbed through the skin and can cause issues long-term, but I’m especially talking about oral supplements, as when something is taken orally, it travels through the body and is absorbed much quicker.

@Leah_Tewari
@Leah_Tewari 4 ай бұрын
@@sislaysandazetv Flaxseeds are another. I can definitely attest to this. I knew better but decided to give fenugreek a try and I ended up losing hair like crazy and getting bald spots. These herbs are good, but it’s better to use them sporadically in foods rather than taking them as a medicine. We should eat a variety of healthy foods. I am estrogen dominant so I cannot consume foods in excess that help to promote estrogen (fenugreek, flaxseed, etc.)

Genetics is a huge factor in having hair like this. Diet, nutrition, and supplementation is another factor. Then there is the Age health and stress factor. The last factor is treatment and routine. Some of us will never have hair like this. That’s life.
