Do not destroy transcendent with trident effect since it's the only think that protects you in battle phase, unless you are sure that opp has nothing to play.

it can return almost immediately after being destroyed, I don't think there is anything so dangerous that the opponent can activate in that single instant

Nibiru Is only for main phase so that is not so Dangerous, the rest of HT i don't think are important, this deck can Dodge imperm very easily, belle Is not so good because the deck can play shifter, and you can OTK under dogwood with trident

@@MarcoFisichella-rf2bi ninegigs is absolutely right. you do NOT destroy trans dragon! literally tell me, why do you need to destroy trans? do you need the extra 3k dmg? so 34k dmg is not enough and you need to do 37k? The ONLY reason to destroy trans at that point is so that when he comes back from grave he destroys something that cannot be overcome with battle (if there is any at that point)

I actually think the best staples against this deck are imperm and droplet, as they’re both good going first or second cards. Summoning only makes FIRE dragons unaffected during the main phase, but both can be used during the battle phase. They’re also better against other decks than threatening roar or waboku. Nice tech to know, if u droplet away the attack target during the start of damage step, or before damage calculation, a replay doesn’t occur so u can negate an attack. For tenpai players if u can make transcendent before BP and have follow up, u win the game. It’s amazing how many people don’t know transcendent is a floodgate in BP.

Imperm can be good if they start with Just chundra, if they go to BP with chundra and a LV 3 dragon Monster they can chain the effect to synchro for Dodge the imperm

@@rikuk1010 wdym? It's a first turn combo. No matter if you already have the card you need in hand or it's already on the field, it's always better to summon Paidra than Fadra for the +1 card or to bait your opponent's negate.

IMO the handtrap version of Tenpai is better than the boarbreaker approach, there are some multi negate are harder to deal with.

Newbie here Why 2 Dark hole instead of 2 Raigeki? Isnt Raigeki just better or is there some kind of targetting rule here? Edit: Also what does Striker Dragon do in this deck?

No there is no different except rarity if you want to craft second raigeki better to go second lightning storm instead, striker dragon is for easy sphere + 1 tenpai so you can make trasendence first than your opponent for mirror match

They serve the same purpose but raigeki is better for the grind game, dark hole is better when opponents try to lock you out of summoning.

Just because dark hole Is SR and not UR, striker Is because of s:p, you link a dragon with striker and then link striker and another Monster into s:p for banish a card

In the 3rd combo wouldn't it be better to search for paidra immediately instead of genroku ? Normal summon paidra the activate chundra to summon itself , it's the same thing but you won't be locked into dragon monsters only which is better

But you wasted your normal summon, It depends on what you want to do, have another normal summon as Little a extender but be lock in dragon, or don't be lock in dragon but do the same thing
