The Zashiki Warashi is not harmful to people, or dangerous to anyone at all; on the contrary, it is said to bring fortune and prosperity to the house it "resides" in....and by the way, the Zashiki Warashi is not even an actual Yokai - which is the japanese term to indicate evil or mischievous demons - but simply a (benevolent) spirit/ghost. Plus, Zashiki Warashis are usually ghost children....so I doubt the one in the video is a Zashiki Warashi at all - it looks too big to be a child.
