If you are like us our thoughts are turning to getting out on the road again and planning trips in the UK. One of the things we like to do when we are out and about is to visit National Trust properties. These locations really bring history to life as well as usually offering great tea and cake! So we thought we would show you 5 properties that are worth putting on your list of places to visit.
We show you round Brockhampton, a Manor House in Herefordshire, the marvellous Sudbury Hall in Derbyshire, which houses the National Trust Museum of Childhood and also Canons Ashby, a Tudor Manor House in Northamptonshire. None of these have featured in any of our earlier videos. We then revisit Dunster Castle, with its working water mill and subtropical gardens, which we visited during our trip to Somerset. Then finally onto Chirk Castle near Wrexham which we visited as part of our Route 66 trip through Wales We hope these give you some ideas for your plans.
