You are thorough with the exception of two extremely important foods, CABBAGE and fermented cabbage"sauer kraut " which have both been mentioned as must have vegetables for colon health. Some recent scientific studies suggest that sauerkraut will actually dissolve colon polyps.

People who only eat meat (carnivore diet) think that brussel sprouts are toxic and that is why the body rejects tha taste of them. It is crazy how you have the entire spectrum of ideas surrounding foods. I suppose you have to find the middle ground.

Yes, screening is #1 defense to colon cancer. 2 yrs ago they found two polys one was 8mm and it was precancerous. I went back a year later and had 3 more polys only 3mm and one was precancerous. Luckily they were removed in time. I'm scheduled to have another colonoscopy in 3 years. I'm 69 years old & a black female. Diet is the key. I gave up sugar and red meat as of Dec 1st 2023 & I lost weight and feel a lot better. I will be viewing your videos often. Thanks for the information.

Thank you for the tips Dr. I'm 32 and was diagnosed with stage 1 colon cancer in November 21. Thankfully the tumor was removed and now in recovery. Your tips on nutrition are very helpful and will pave the way for me to prevent the cancer from returning. I also fully agree with your number 1 tip, get screened! Don't wait until you're 45 if you have a history of cancer in your family!

I have had several family members die of colon cancer but I don't stay awake at night, worrying about it, because I eat a healthy diet, exercise, have no signs of colon cancer, and already have metastatic breast cancer all over my body so colon cancer would just have to take a ticket and wait in line. I also intermittent fast and have started 24-hour fasts as I'm at a stage, in my cancer journey, where it usually moves to a new spot. I've been fighting metastatic breast cancer for 30 years (actually 32 if you count the years I tried to get physicians to order a mammogram). I've found that it usually moves to a new spot about every 4.5 years and I'm coming up on that, since it moved to a lung in 2019, so this time I'm going to try and stop it for good.

Cancer grows and thrives on carbohydrates. All carbohydrates break down into glucose. Without glucose, the healthy cells consume the unhealthy cells instead. That bodily function is called autophagy. Don’t take my word for it. Do a search on KZbin for ‘autophagy’ and you will find physicians and other health professionals to explain it better than I can.

There are testimonials on youtube from cancer survivors who went on a strict keto diet which consist of mainly meat. they ate lots of meat and survived their late stage cancer. I am also surprised that the doctor recommends breads and rice which will quickly turn into sugar, what cancer cells feed on.

That is obviously your particular point of view! You are free to apply it to yourself as well but you can't impose your belief system on others! This Dr. has given medical advice for anyone to prevent "colon cancer", nothing wrong with it and it applies to everyone including yourself, but again you are free to either take the advice or dismiss it! From your religious point of view, we are in a corruptible body that begins to die as soon as we are born, we don't belong in this world, when we die, because with no exceptions everybody that is alive will eventually die, including you ! The soul , spirit, will never die, it's not made of matter like our bodies, the soul will go back to its source of origin, which is God, creator, source of knowledge, source of energy! Let's stay well and healthy by taking care of our bodies while we can and while we are here on this earth!

Tamarind looks like a "section of the intestines" in form. The dark brown stuff inside the tamarind husk looks like human excrement. So tamarind is almost identical to the appearance of feces in the intestines. This is reminiscent of an "insistent" and "strong" message. The persistent power of the message reminds us of a serious illness: bowel cancer. I think the effect of tamarind plant on bowel cancer should be investigated. Walnut consists of two adjacent oil seeds. Each of these oilseeds is similar in shape to both the brain and gut anatomy. Pick up one of these oilseeds and examine it. Hold the walnut in your hand with the flat surface facing down. In the middle of the walnut, you will see that there is an extension that ends by tapering from the bottom. This extension looks like a "rectum". You will notice a thick and protruding texture on the outermost part of the walnut. This thick protruding tissue looks like the "large intestine." If you pay attention, you will see lines resembling a vein extending from one end to the other in the middle of the tissue. These lines look like veins on the large intestine. Walnuts can be an ideal food for the intestines. Cut the onion in half neatly with a knife from the protruding top point. Now take one of the cut pieces and examine it. It looks like nested circles. There is a protective vegetal "membrane" on the outside of these circles. The anatomy of the intestines is more or less like this. Similar to the onion skin, our intestines are covered with a protective membrane: the peritoneum. In the anatomy of the intestine, there is the outermost large intestine. The large intestines extend from one end to the other and end by connecting to the rectum region. Just like the outermost husk of an onion is attached to the protruding apex in the middle of its husk. Onions are hard and have a burning taste. This feature of the onion suggests that it is a unique "cleaner". An ideal bowel cleanser. I am writing with google translate. I hope there is no problem with my english.

Beautiful, thank you. Plants are so amazing. It’s the same with beets. The juice looks just like and almost has the same consistency as blood, and I’ve learned recently that they are rich in iron and help with anemia.

If Colon cancer runs in your family screening is always better then not screening irrespective of any possible remote dangers ...and they are remote.
