There was a heist in our area in 2000 where the robbers used a flame cutter to open a money truck. It was in the middle of the afternoon right in front of a big shop. It was so daring that everyone just assumed they were workers fixing the truck. No one stopped them and they were never caught.

But to clarify this wildly confusing conundrum for you: OP meant an oxyacetylene torch. In direct translation from both German, Danish, Norwegian and probably French it does become "flame cutter"... because it cuts with a flame... As opposed to flame throwers which throws a flame not really cutting anything or a plasma torch which torches things with plasma rather than a flame. Hope that cleared up the confusion.

Regarding the Green Vault robbery in Dresden: There is yet another heist that was just as brazen, and probably comitted by the same arabian clan, namely the theft of the large, 100 kg heavy, golden Maple Leaf coin that was exhibited in the Bode-Museum on the Museum Island in central Berlin, capital of Germany. It has never been recovered and is supected to have been smelted into whatever you can make from pure gold, and sold to unknown parties.

Yeah, the IRA Bulger connection has been disproven. In fact, all the elements of organized crime in Boston were told not to steal anything from any of the public museums in Boston. Stealing from public museums brings a ton of unwanted publicity and causes law enforcement to come down hard on organized crime and their businesses. Bulger dealt with the IRA but he dealt mainly with supplying guns and money.

Well to me they're two entirely different phrases. A wheelchair user would be someone who could be mobile without it, using crutches or whatever, or someone who just likes to do sick wheelchair bounds, since becoming quite proficient in a wheelchair with two broken legs for instance. If paralyzed or unable to move without one you are then wheelchair bound.
