I understand what you are looking for, if you are targeting to just entering into IT then it’s just simple for fresher, If anyone having strong fundamentals in any one programming language and coding skills One database Good understanding in Final year project Then you can get any service based company But if you want to level up to product based company then have a good understanding in Data structure and algorithm Practice questions from Leetcode everyday Along with strong fundamentals So basically in product based they look for strong problem solving and critical thinking skills Hope i answered your question If not then do let me know via email
