Pls tell me. why we wrote constants like A,B,Ax+B in neominator?????
@numberskill5 жыл бұрын
The numerator will be a constant such as A or B if the denominator is a linear factor. The numerator will be Ax+B if the denominator is a non-factorable quadratic factor. This is because the numerator is always at least 1 degree lower than the denominator. There is a more in-depth reasoning behind this rule. Let me know if you are interested. I can upload the video for you! :)

How would it look like after we integrate it sir?
@numberskill5 жыл бұрын
Hi there, integration involving a non-factorizable quadratic denominator involves the formula with tangent inverse (or arctan). I'm not sure if you are familiar with that formula. Integrate (1/(x^2 + a^2)) dx = 1/a arctan(x/a) + c. I'll try to find a video on that soon. Watch out for it.

Why u have take x =0 and x = 1 to find B and C??
@numberskill4 жыл бұрын
Hi, actually you don't have to use x=0. Using x=0 is a good idea because it immediately gets rid of B and you will end up with an equation with only C, so you can solve for C immediately. If you let x be any other values, it will become an equation with both B and C so you end up having to solve simultaneous equations for B and C. It is also correct. I feel that putting x=0 will be more efficient and safer because you can find C directly. I hope that help! :)

Where did you get the Bx+C from?
@chingweeho51298 жыл бұрын
bc the numerator is always 1 degree lower than the denominator. if you have x^2 at the denomintor, the numerator must be Bx + C and if the denominator is x^3, the numerator will be Bx^2 + Cx + D.
