I don’t have my own website as I sell POD on Etsy. What is the most cost effective and user friendly place to set up said websites? Thanks again.

Is KDP and/or MOD difficult to be approved for? Do they take a long time for approval? And if I’m understanding correctly, it sounds like Etsy is the least passive of the ones you mentioned - right?

Amazon Merch is difficult to get accepted to, but KDP and Etsy anyone can do. Yes, Etsy is a bit less passive.
