My 2 favorite options for him are newcastle and napoli. A midfield of bruno, tonali and pogba is amazing and newcastle lack a midfielder with pogbas creativity so getting in pogba could be the perfect place holder till ffp allows them to buy someone else. And at napoli he would be under conte again, a manager he trusts and in a system that already has hardworking midfielders so it allows him to stay high and combine with kvara and lukaku. both team give him a solid chance at winning trophies too.

I would be surprise about those choices. Madrid wants to keep an immaculate moral image. Psg turns to Tikitaka style in which Enrike simply wants 11 anonymous players who don't translate any of their personal issues on the collective. On top of that, Pogba has an aerial game with long passes and strong duel abilities. Premier league and Serie A totally made sense. He could well picked a more avarage team where he will play almost every match, especially if this team have fast forwards and wingers where Pogba can deliver his exquisite long shots. I do not think Pogba cares about money first, he loves the french football team so much, he wants play time and competitive matches.
