"Fill in" is for 1 line, blank space "Fill out" is for an application, form, document

@@Traffic_Pro Hi, it can be used interchangeably. In British english "fill in" is used more often, in AmE "fill out" is used more often.

Let's spread the word to the world to treat others with love and respect even through such learning videos. Everyone is accustomed to the fact that requests must be addressed with irritation and anger. People no longer know how else to respond to requests from a boss or a friend. Only with irritation. Let's bring goodness and light to the world ☀️ Respectfully, Sophia
