If that officer was so wonderful why did that officer taze him that many times? That is pure torture😢

There needs to be a guideline for what kind of force the cops can use based on how serious the infraction is. He was suspected of stealing a bicycle. For that he was tazed eight times in three minutes. Eight cops couldn't control one man without repeatedly tazing him? If a private citizen did that to someone and they died they would be up on charges or murder or manslaughter of some type.

@@chaoshavoc7235 So tazing someone eight times in three minutes over a bicycle is good police work to you? To make matters worse they passed up a hospital while he was in the police cruiser to go to another hospital. Those critical minutes were possibly the difference of life and death to the poor guy. Tazers are potentially deadly weapons and these clowns tazed him over and over again over the most trivial issue. They should be in jail for homicide.

@@sampleowner6677 you never go hands on with a criminal unless their is no other choice.Taser is designed to be non lethal…so is Tylenol and eggs…but SOME people still die when they come in contact with the before mentioned things. They were not trying to kill him,and if he would’ve just stopped he would still be alive.Just like 99% of all the crap that’s been forced down our face holes

What was rodgers doing to warrant his arrest, if he was in violation of the laws, police are obligated to arrest him, his actions his consequences, he got up and skipped part way acrossed the street, so that's evading, and what does the autopsy say, I thought the tasers were safe? The police issued them, as alternative to guns, and nightsticks. Seems to me his people should sue the city, and taser manufacturers. So bottom line you can't shoot, tase, Billy club, punch, kick, criminals, police are just supposed to yell, STOP, don't move, and hands behind your back, and if they run, don't chase them...wait til they get a Jesus moment and turn themselves in... alrighty then. Good luck with your new Protect our criminal laws ..
