Should the return heads & pool light be replaced regardless of condition? If so, why? Also, during a "chip-out" of the plaster (gunite structure) does all the plaster get completely removed or does it look like a mogul snow ski-run with some plaster remaining and some gunite showing? If some plaster remains during the chip-out process how is there enough depth remaining to allow a new PebbleSheen surface to be applied to a uniform final coating thickness of material? Thank you!
