स्वामी जी मैंने ये कपाल भांति, अनुलोम विलोम, भ्रामरी और उदगीत ये भी प्रारंभ कर दिया है परंतु आप वो जुकाम खांसी पे एक विडियो अवश्य बनाए स्वामी मुझे बहूत जरूरत है जुकाम की वजह से मेरी पढ़ाई भी डिस्टर्ब होती है बहूत

Very much helpful for health. Baba Ramdeo talks much. If he talks less and spend more time in exhibiting Pranayam actions, it will be more useful for the participants.

Knee acl Ligament main khichav aur looseness hai.. 6 months pahalr grade 1.5 ki injury hui thi..doctor ne bola 2 months bedrest karo kyunki sirf thodi injudy hai to sab thik ho jayega.. fir 2 months bed rest ke baad doctor bola sab thik ho gaya sirf physiotherapy karo aur knee main jaan aa jayegi.. fir 2 month exercise kiya to shayad doctor ne galat exercise bataya jiske karan grade 1 ki injury par recover hokar ruk gayi aur saath main doctor is saying that there is looseness also (there was no looseness at time of injury, it came after doing physiotherapy)... please please please provide solution

Swamiji ज्यादा अंग्रेजी बोलने की जरूरत नहीं है। हिंदी में बात करना भी उतनी ही समझ आ जाती है। अंग्रेजी बोलते हुए आप अच्छे भी नहीं लगता। कृपया ध्यान रखें । कुछ गलत कह दिया हो तो क्षमा चाहता हूं।

महाराज कुछ भी उदाहरण मत दो ,कपालभाती कैसे करना ए बताना छोडकर ,नाटक करते है ,कुछ भी बताते रहते है ,कपालभाती कैसे करणा ए बताओ .टाईम पास मत करो .

These are pranayam which means breathing exercises 1. Bhastrika- where you have to breath in and out through nose in a pace how he shows. Do it for 2 mins 2. Kapalbhati- where you have to breath out by pushing through abdomen basically squeezing and inhale will be passive. Do it for 5 mins minimum. 3. Anulom vilom- breath in through left nostril and close right while doing it the way he shows amd then breath out through right, while closing the left nostril basically alternate nostril breathunh and then breath in through right and while breathing out through left close the left nostril and then again breath inthrough left while closing the right one and this can be done for 5min minimum and ideally 10mins 4. Close your ears with your thumbs and then eyes and breathe in through nose and take out a humming sound while breathing out through nose and do this 3 times. 5. I dont know much

.Yoga./Pranayama/Mudra etc are double edged sword... It is has to be practiced in certain sequence with cautions and contradictions followed. Pranayama has to be practiced carefully. What you can do safely is pawan mukthasana, and gentle deep breathing . Once you are comfortable introduce one round of surya namaskar and move upt o 3-6. That will do for most people. Rest of the stuff you need expert guidance which sadly not available. Do not follow Baba blindly....
