The backpack logic in this game is kinda messed up. Camo clothing gives no effect whatsoever to your visibility but the backpack gonna spook animal because of whatever reasons.

A basic trophy lodge should be in the base game, there should be either a shooting range on every map or a dedicated shooting range accessible from the menu. DLC weapons shouldn't be completely free or at least the base weapons should be cheaper. It's such a slap on the wrist to new players to grind yourself through getting a new gun only to find out it's vastly inferior to DLC weapons which make the early stages far more easy. The thing I want the most though is better inventory management, simple "restock ammo" or at least filter for equipped weapons and directly put into your inventory, I've so often restocked ammo when I was completely out just to realize a bit later that I had forgotten to transfer it back into the inventory. When you try out new weapons that you figure you don't like, you're now stuck with their scopes and ammo cluttering the inventory as well as the weapon itself of course. You can switch ammo types on the drilling gun by holding reload but for every other gun you have to use the item wheel which is "ok" compared to the inventory menu, but I'd really like a simple hotkey to toggle through ammo types.

Best way to make money: Buy the DLC for Canadian geese, the .22, Go to Hirch and start slaughtering Geese. Nothing comes even remotely close to make as much money

I’m level 37 and have two trophy lodges I’m trying to fill up, I’m constantly broke because I’m always trying to turn my hunts into trophies lol and some are way too expensive, I wish they’d lower the price of turning animals into trophy’s

Contrary to popular belief the saseka lodge only holds about 10 more animals that the forest one... It just has a bunch of unusable vanity stuff like a pool and outdoor patio (you can't decorate those places) and it has gun racks.

The more relevant difference is the ability to place massive multi-mounts. There is no spot for that in Spring Creek Manor. So, the Saseka Safari Lodge is bigger in quite an important regard if you want some of those.

I've been shooting everything I see and still don't really have crap for cash. I've been trying to gain cash so I can buy the 7mm. Tracked and killed 4 bisons. Got crap for 1 do to having to put multiple rounds in it as it was charging.

Try to go for smaller animals for now, then. Go for deer, any deer! Use rest and need zones and make sure you hunt them with proper ammo and try to aim as best as you can; if you fallow these rules, you'll start making money.

Found one area that kept spawning a lot of deer but after killing so many it doesn't want to spawn anything except foxes of which I've only been able to hear them either give a warning or hear them do their mating call. I decided to go to a other reserved and started hunting bears and moose. Been racking in a bit more cash and gained a couple levels so far. Only problem is I still can't afford a better gun so I'm currently stuck with the .243 which is a pain using on them. I got to get around double my current money to get the 7mm. Once I get that things should be easier for me. The starter gun just doesn't have the power I need for anything bigger then a deer. Wish I had the cash to spare for some dlc but currently I don't. Otherwise I would get a couple including the duck hunting one which from my understanding is a in game money maker. Right mow I'm just walking around pretty much trying to find tracks and shooting what I can.

It's a skill from skill tree, for you to spot you need to check the animal with your binoculars.

I love your videos. Not 100% related to the game but you mentioned you hunt irl. so what's realistic and what not about the game? what's in the game that we do exactly the same irl hunting? I live in a South East Asian country that hunting is not a thing. No license, it's illegal.

I talked with my friends from US and the animals can be scared from 150m~200m very easy, the animal's awareness in the game are more easy for the game be enjoyable.

I’m from the US the biggest thing that is real about this game is that can smell your scent that is the biggest thing with hunting IRL some guys will actually about a month without showering before hunting season because animals can smell the chemicals in your shampoo and the morning of the hunt shower with a special hunting shampoo that kills your scent and washes you so you are invisible to the animals sense of smell
