this is an iphone which has been tested not only physically(scratch test ,dunno what sort of other test as mentioned by the presenter) but also mentally(continuous operation with os ) so in a way u pushed the phone to its limits. be cheerful of the fact that it still works and u r able to make this video. Guys i have a 5s and it does not have any of the problems mentioned in the video battery with 2hr high graphic online gaming + talk time easily gives 48 hrs. with 5 hr of gaming it gives max more than 20 hr touch id works perfectly irrespective of position of finger no problems while syncing the home button doesnt make any sound whatsoever power button doesnt wobble as he is telling

I have the same phone and I have been using it for a couple weeks now. I had the same problem with overheating and battery loss but as soon as I turned my Bluetooth off surprisingly everything went back to normal. You should try it because it really works

Tip for all iPhone users: turn off background app refresh for ALL APPS. It saves me so much battery life even with my 5s I use until now. Also, back up and restore your iPhone. It really helps, search Google how to do it.

If you are having problems with your iPhone, go to Apple and telling them your issues. I had a lock button problem with my iPhone 5 (I would press it and it wouldn't lock right away) and the guy said he'd be right back, and brought me out a brand new iPhone. They are really cool about replacing your device, if it is under the one year warranty. Just make sure you tell them and show them whats going on.

1- Turn Location Services/Background App Refresh/Auto Backlight/Bluetooth OFF = fixes heat and battery drain. 2- Compared to Blackberries iPhone is NOT a true push device for emails. That is the biggest myth ever. iOS 7 had a few updates to fix the bugs. 3- Fingerprint Reader doesn't work if your scratch the reader (I hear you say you did a scratch test on it) 4- My home button is also loose as shit as well at the power and volume buttons. He complains about the problems that he created himself, like that scratch test and broke the both home and the power button a little. The battery life and overheating was fixed by apple in the latest updates. The bluescreen is probably cuz of a corrupted backup file like when he syns with itunes it doesn't work(just restore it without that backup to solve this). The notes don't gets deleted by itself, pluss he doesn't even have proof of some of the problems

Um no the Facebook app on Android (or iOS for that matter) doesn't drain your battery a percent a minute, and if you're phone drains this fast with Bluetooth on then you need to return it. My Note 3 lasts 2 days of heavy use with Bluetooth on and Facebook + Google + Twitter accounts synced. I'm sure some iPhone users can chime in here and say a percent a minute isn't normal.

Something is wrong with your battery. Also, you have a lot of things on like Bluetooth that waste your battery. The Touch ID sensor has an update that will fix the problems you mentioned, I don't know what you mean about the buttons because I have used the 5S and the buttons are intact and way more quiet compared to the iPhone 5. You may have gotten that 1 out of a million chance of getting a phone with tons of trouble. You should go to the Apple Store and see what they say.

Simple fix for all, get an Android or a Lumia, hah. It's so stupid, all the IPhone lovers trying to sound smart, quoting @Dante Nemo for example, "overheating might be the processor. It may be malfunctioning. Try turning off communication stuff like Wifi 📶 and Bluetooth." The processor and the Bluetooth/Wifi are not the same (get yo fax straight), Wifi/Bluetooth are 2 different components of hardware not, a Cpu stands for central processing unit, explaining itself, if not wiki it. Android has more glitches, besides, when you get an android, it comes along with your carrier apps, iPhone is the same as every iPhone, no carrier apps. Also when you reach the end of a page or something, a blue line shows up meanwhile with iPhone, it doesn't imediatly stop, it kinda keeps going then gets back in place, much more fancier :)

You low battery life problem is your fault. You have to configure your settings to save battery. I haven't charged my Space grey 5S in 3 days and it's at 36%. I don't play games on it & I always force close the apps when I'm done with them.

My htc one got super hot returned it and got the iphone 5 and then it rattled returned it got space grey 5s the day it came out and haven't had a single problem out of it best phone I have ever owned and I've had a lot of phones androids as well but my 5s is awesome

When my past phone and my current iPhone 5S when I got very over heated I put it in my freezer for 5-10 minutes a and it got cooled no damage was done to the phone while in there.

I think (s)he means that the battery gets excessively low for the lack of use. In my previous generations of iPhones, the battery level wouldn't go lower than 90% without being used. You're correct, standby does cost battery percentage, but nowadays, it's taking nearly double what it used to.

Way too many "Don't knows" and "maybe's"... Yes you're being picky. So the power button makes a sound. Stop shaking it then. So the power drain is more than you expected. There's a dual core processor in there. If it's warm, then it's being used. Maybe there's an app taking your power in the background Turning off background app refresh and location services sorts the majority of those problems out.

for the battery: turn off Bluetooth,wi-fi turn down the screen brightness and, close all running apps that you are not using (these might even help with the heat) and for the touch id don't be stupid and scratch it with a knife (that was your own fault)
